- Milk - 2 dl (6.8 oz)
- Honey - 2 tbs
- Butter - 50 g (0.1 lbs)
- Yeast - 20 g (0 lbs)
- Egg - 1
- Bread Flour - BL-80 400 g (0.9 lbs)
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sesame Seed - for sprinkling
Mix the milk, honey, and yeast until well blended and no lumps.
Crack and stir the eggs. Set aside just a bit to baste the rolls. Then add to the milk, along with melted butter, flour and salt. Knead the dough until elastic. Then set aside and let it rise for one hour.
Knead the dough on a floured surface, and divide into six parts, to form small loaves.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and using the palms flatten to form a disk. Every time the dough start to swell up, flatten with the palms. Brush the top with egg and a little water and sprinkle with a mixture of white and black sesame seeds.
Bake in a 180 C preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
