Tasty dish with short preparation and cooking time.
- Ham - 4 slices
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Bell Pepper - 3
- Chili Paprika - 1
- Tomato - 3
- Champignon - 2
- Sour Cream - 1 tbs
- Olive Oil - 1 tbs
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground Paprika - 1'2 tbs
Chop the onion, pepper, tomato and champignon.
Simmer the onion in oil and salt it.
Separate half of the cooked onion and place into a pot with the champignons. Sprinkle with black pepper and pour sour cream on it.
Cook paprika and tomato in the first half of the onion. Add paprika, chili paprika and prepare the stew.
Cook the ham slices on both sides and serve with the stew.
