They are so easy to make and very tasty.
- Smoked Bacon - 8 slices
- Sea Fish - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Lemon Grass - 6-8 tbs
- Bell Pepper - 2
- Mushroom - 12
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Chop the lemon grass into very small pieces. Chop the fish fillets and bacon into cubes. Chop the mushroom and pepper.
Pour the lemon grass over the fish cubes and turn to evenly coat. Skewer them alternately with the bacon, mushroom and pepper cubes. Spread olive oil and grill them.
Serve with a mixture of sour cream and mashed garlic.
