Classic cheese cake with Brie, best with fresh fruits.
- Brie Cheese - 225 g (0.5 lbs)
- Cream Cheese - 225 g (0.5 lbs)
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbs
- Fresh Strawberry/raspberry/blueberry - 6 cups
- Almond - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Honey - 1/2 cup
Beat the Brie cheese, cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice with an electric mixer on medium speed until almost smooth.
Layer strawberries, cheese mixture, and almonds in eight glasses. Optionally pour with honey. Set them aside for 30 minutes, then cover and refrigerate them. Serve chilled.
